Here is the comparison of apartment square meter sales prices in Tallinn in September and October 2014, based on kv.ee data.
The figures above show a price increase among 1-3 room apartments in different areas of Tallinn. At the same time, the prices for the 4-room apartments have fallen. The biggest increase was in 3 room apartments in Haabersti, but that might be very well due to the low number of offerings (19 apartments during the month).
Also, as these numbers include both new projects and old constructions, they could be flawed, as the sudden increase in the number of new projects being offered on the market will eventually increase the average price.
The better method would be to compare the prices of new developments separately.
